📅 Self-Scheduling for New Clients

We're adding a public booking page for each therapist so prospective clients can pick a service, choose an available time, and request a session without any back-and-forth. You'll get a shareable link (like /book/dr-jane-smith) that you can put on your website, directory listing, or anywhere else potential clients find you.

When someone books through the page, you'll be notified and can confirm or decline the request before it's finalized. The client becomes a new record in your system automatically. You control which services are available for new clients versus existing ones, so you can offer an intake session publicly while keeping follow-up services limited to your current caseload. Existing clients who land on the page can identify themselves and get routed to their own scheduling options.
