Diagnosis pre-populated from previous notes, NOT from current note

Right now, diagnosis is being pre-populated backwards. The AI is assessing diagnosis from the current session transcript, and then only gives option to update the clinical record based on current AI generated diagnosis. I’ve accidently okayed the wrong diagnoses because of this. It could lead to serious problems if a client asks for their record and it shows Borderline Personatlity Disorder that the therapist didn’t see.
