Distinguish between client cancellations and clinician cancellations

Currently, when marking an appointment Cancelled, the Cancelled status does not distinguish between client vs. clinician cancellations. I would like a separate option for Client Cancelled and Clinician Cancelled so that I can easily look back at my schedule and tell how many times a client has cancelled.
