🌍 Payments for International Practices

We're scoping client payments for practices outside the US, starting with the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Today, our payments stack is built around US tax requirements, currency, and Stripe defaults that don't translate cleanly to other regions.

What's coming: localized invoice formats with the right tax fields and registration numbers, currency handling that matches how clinicians actually invoice in their country, and the ability to integrate with the payment rails practitioners in those regions actually use.

This is in early scoping, so timelines are still loose. We're talking with practitioners in each region to make sure what we build matches the reality on the ground, not a generic international veneer over the US system.
