Expand Automatic Deletion Timeframe Options to Include 14-Day and 30-Day Windows for Improved Clinical Workflow

Currently, the "Automatic Transcript Deletion" setting only offers three timeframes: Immediate, 24 Hours, and 7 Days. While a short retention window is excellent for data minimization, a maximum limit of 7 days is highly restrictive for active clinical practices.

Clinicians often require more than 7 days to finalize documentation, review complex clinical interactions, analyze therapeutic ruptures, or consult with supervisors before the raw transcript is permanently purged. The current 7-day limit forces an unnecessary administrative rush.

Requested Feature / Solution:

Expand the available timeframes under the "Automatic Deletion" settings to include 14-day and 30-day options.

This change would allow providers to select a retention window that aligns with their specific clinical workflows and administrative schedules, while still ensuring that automated, permanent deletion occurs reliably without manual intervention.
