Feature Request: Global Practice-Wide Default Service/Appointment Type

Problem: As a solo therapist, I offer primarily one session type (e.g., individual therapy). Currently, I have to manually set the default appointment type for each individual client contract. This is repetitive and time-consuming — when I have dozens of clients, I'm setting the same service as default over and over again.

Request: Add a practice-wide default service setting that:

• Applies to all new and existing client contracts by default

• Can be overridden on individual client contracts when needed (e.g., if a specific client has a different session type)

• Eliminates the need to set the same default for every single client

Example Use Case: I have 40 active clients, all doing individual therapy sessions (50 minutes). Right now, if I want to change from one service type to another as my primary offering, I'd have to update 40 individual client contracts. With a global default, I'd set it once, and all clients would inherit it unless I explicitly chose a different service for a specific client.

Where This Should Live: Settings > Services (or a new "Practice Defaults" section) where I can designate one service as the practice-wide default.

Benefit:

• Saves significant time during practice setup and ongoing management

• Reduces errors from inconsistent defaults

• Makes scheduling faster and more intuitive for a solo or small practice
