🏥 Credentialing Support

We're scoping credentialing support for therapists who want to get onto insurance panels without giving up a percentage of their revenue to platforms like Grow Therapy or Headway, and without losing weeks to CAQH paperwork and panel follow-ups.

The shape this takes is still being worked out. On one end, tools that track your credentialing applications, manage your CAQH profile, and remind you when recredentialing is coming up. On the other end, a fuller done-for-you service where Upheal partners with credentialing specialists to handle the paperwork on your behalf. This connects directly to the insurance billing work already underway, since being credentialed and being able to bill insurance are two halves of the same problem.
