Have option in Client area for “preferred name”; however, when setting up notes does not provide that as an option on how to refer to the client in our notes.
Preferred name is now one of the options for how clients are referred to in your notes. Add the preferred name to the client’s profile, choose it as the way to refer to the client, and your notes will use it.
