Include caregiver contact information in profile for minors.

I am considering switching to Upheal but the lack of design for minor clients is making me pause. It is essential to have space for multiple caregivers attached to the client profile. I want to be able to send forms to BOTH parents if relevant, and both should have access to the portal. Right now everything goes under the minor client’s name which doesn’t make sense.
