Individual notes for each member of couple/family units

Allow separating members within a couple or family therapy file so individual notes can be created for each person inside the couple's therapy. It is common to meet with each person in couple therapy for one or two sessions, and because confidentiality still applies, being able to separate members for individual documentation would be beneficial.
