keeping the same sentence "copy forward" from note to note.

Hello, I finish all of my notes with a statement like the below:

“Plan: CBT Treatments for Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder with agoraphobia, emetophobia, and Major Depressive Disorder.” Right now, I am not able to copy forward this statement and because this is different for each patient, I cannot add language that is static. Please help!
