Manual checkbox fields to notes and loading past notes

Here are a few features simple practice has that would be helpful to add to upheal:

1. Checkbox fields - these would be non AI manual checkboxes that could be added to note templates for clinicians to fill out.

2. Load last note options in individual sections.

I'm hoping to switch from SP to upheal across the board and these features would make a significant difference.
