Match Client Name Spelling in Progress Notes

Hello,

I continue having to correct the spelling of my clients’ names in their progress notes. Since Upheal has the correct spelling from our charts, can you pls make the progress notes reflect the proper spelling? It’s tedious to have to correct this.

    We’d recommend using the in-app option to rate one of the notes that needs attention. That will help us identify the issue more clearly and review it further. Once it’s been rated, our team can take a closer look and follow up as needed.
