Need to edit treatment plan

In dealing with Medicaid, they are requiring we state a “Baseline” (current functioning) for every quantifiable objective. While this may not be required for inteligent people, who can infer the baseline from context, it is being required by auditors. Your treatment plan in it’s present format does not include this requirement. SO this being AI and all, can we get the access to alter the treatment plan to suit our agency? Similar to the way we can set up custom session notes to suit ourselves? Can we discuss in detail with your human descision makers at a certain point?
