A recent frustration has been not being able to add a new note to a client’s session after transcript deletion.
This was discovered by accident when the AI assistant deleted a note when I asked to regenerate a note (this issue has been resolved).
I recently ran into this issue again when I dictated a session to AI, hit generate a note, and the AI had technical difficulties while generating the note. I could not add an additional note because the AI no longer had the dictation, and it showed as “transcript deleted.”
Having the option for a private note, and a generic note (or the templates) that I could still dictate to AI after transcript deletion would be so helpful. Or regenerating a note based off of dicated notes.
