We're adding automatic fee charging for no-shows and late cancellations so you can enforce your cancellation policy without chasing clients or remembering to send manual invoices.
You'll be able to set your own fee amounts and your cancellation window (24 hours, 48 hours, whatever your policy says) once, and then have Upheal handle the rest. When a session is marked as a no-show or canceled inside your window, the fee is charged to the client's card on file or added to their balance for next time.
