Note Identifiers

I would like to be able to have free text to type in (instead of a drop down menu of options) how I as the service provider would like to be referred to and how I would like for the client to be referred to so that the progress note sounds more like how I would actually type it versus AI. In my notes, I refer to myself as LMHP and I refer to the client as clt. I know I can do a smart edit but it would just save more time and less clicks and less copying and pasting if I could tell the system to refer to me as LMHP and refer to the client as clt from the beginning.
