O meed help! ASAP!!!

I never joined because I wasn’t able to complete the on boarding meeting due to my internet going out for 6 hours the day it was scheduled and held. I wasn’t able to go through all the other features as well because sessions were scheduled on Mondays when I have other commitments. Is there anyway I can speak with someone first thing tomorrow morning? I would like to video and audio record one of my sessions tomorrow in the early afternoon!
