Option to schedule other meetings, not client sessions

Hello, I would like to add a block of time off in my schedule for other tasks like Consultation Group, CEU's, other meetings. But currently there is only the "time off" option and it doesn't let you put a descriptor of what that time is for. Would really love to have this as a way to track what other tasks my time goes to, but also for client scheduling so I know when I am free!
