PDF Note Size max 50 MB

Is there any way to reduce the size of the PDF downloads for notes? I tried downloading a client summary into a PDF to share with a client I have at a different practice (SimplePractice Platform) and couldn’t upload the PDF due to size not being below 50 MB.

    This is strange; the file should be less than 1 MB. Can you send us the file so we can investigate? In the app, click the side menu to Get Help, reach out to our support, and attach the file. Thank you.
