Please make it possible for us to use our *own* form "Packets" as Templates for new "Packets"

As I continue to create “Packets” for the forms I regularly use, I am repeatedly struck by how inconvenient it is to only have Upheal Packets for use as templates for new Packets.

Would you please make it possible for us to our own form “Packets” as Templates for new Packets?
