Practice Calendar Management for Group Practices

We're adding a centralized calendar view for group practices so admins and practice owners can see and manage appointments across their entire team from one screen. Select any provider, and you'll have full access to book, reschedule, or cancel sessions on their behalf.

No more logging into individual accounts or coordinating outside the system when a client needs to reschedule or you're placing a new intake. Later, we'll add overlay views to compare availability across providers at a glance.

    For group practices, it would also be extremely helpful to allow clients to self-schedule across multiple available clinicians. This way, they can see who has the earliest availability for a particular service.

    I know you’re already working on this, but please also create a single calendar link for self-scheduling clients so that they can select which service they’d like to schedule, rather than having one link per service.
