I’d love a dashboard showing weekly/monthly stats for various types of sessions, cancellations/no shows, referrals and referral sources in addition to the revenue component
So far the only thing I can tell that Simple Practice does better than Upheal is offer the ability to note the referral source for each client, and then I can run a report to see how much income was generated from which referral source. This is essential knowledge for my marketing efforts.
