Prescreener and consent form widgets and potential client inquiry tracker

I recently upgraded my Simple Practice account so I could use their prescreener and consent form widgets to integrate them into my company website so that when potential clients contact me I have all of that information put directly into EHR. They also have a feature to track potential client inquiries. It helps me track inquiry status and reduces info lost and time spent inputting info and contacting clients for info. I would like to see this feature added to Upheal in the future so that it because it increases the likelihood of client bookings and reduces administrative mistakes and time spent on emails and inputing client info.
