Private Fillable PDFs

We need a way to create PDF templates that can be filled out, clickable, and saved in the client’s file without being visible to the client. This would be very useful for Initial Contact Logs which we are required to fill in for prospects that do not become clients, and prospects that later become clients. They need to be private so the client does not see them, as they are a required administrative note which is informational and documents that we followed proper protocol when a prospective client contacts us, especially in case there is a later liability concern. Currently, the PDF templates Upheal creates are visible to the client and cannot be made a private document. The only way to save private PDFs is to use another app and then upload the PDF to Upheal’s Files. Using the text only Chart Notes is awkward and requires pasting in a text template every single time a note is made.
