Process notes for imported notes

for past notes that were imported from previous EHR platform, I need a way to create process notes specifically called “personal/process notes” and attached to clinical progress note . It is important for the personal notes to be stored on the EHR platform so that there is more formal division from the clinical record and therefore more protected during discovery period during litigation.
