Rendering Provider designation in the session details

Our practice needs to be able to set the rendering provider per sessions. This is necessary because certain providers have to bill through their supervisor. Right now all we can do is add our signature. Everything in our group practice needs to be bill through the group NPI and EIN but with the supervisor as the rendering.
