Replace "Custom Prompt" as a heading with our own heading

I’ve developed custom prompts for all the sections of my progress notes, and I love the results. But it’s frustrating that every day, with every session, I have to delete the heading “Custom Prompt” that appears in the note.

Is there a way to either get rid of that, or better yet, replace it with the heading we choose?

So rather than “Custom Prompt” in large font, with “Mental Status Exam” in a smaller font, below, can I just have “Custom Prompt” replaced by “Mental Status Exam” - or whatever I wish to call the section?
