Request to Add Farsi Language Support to Upheal Platform

Dear Upheal Team,

I hope you are well. I have been using Upheal for the past year and have found it to be a valuable tool in my clinical work.

I work with several Farsi-speaking clients, and it has been challenging that the platform does not currently support the Farsi language. As a result, I am unable to fully utilize Upheal’s features when conducting sessions in Farsi, which limits its effectiveness in serving this population.

I would like to formally request that Farsi be added as a supported language. I believe many therapists and healthcare professionals who work with Farsi-speaking clients would greatly benefit from having this option available. Expanding language support would not only enhance accessibility but also increase the platform’s inclusivity and usability across diverse communities.
