scroll bar

The scrollbar on session notes/transcripts is hard to use. There used to be (or at least it felt like there were) up/down arrows so I could click to move through a note. Now the only control is a very thin sidebar, and I have to line the pointer up with that tiny bar and drag it with the trackpad. That’s slow when I’m reviewing a full progress note or using assistant without a mouse connected.

Could you add back clickable up/down arrows on the note pane, or a “jump up / jump down” control? Even making the scrollbar thicker would helpful. Two-finger scroll works but makes it tedious
