Services

It would be nice to add services with CPT (or internal codes) and their corresponding fees that aren’t necessarily an appointment or need appointment times. For example when providing questionnaires e.g. CPT 96127 being the primary code for brief, standardized emotional or behavioral assessment tools, or CPT 99071 for educational materials such as pamphlets, brochures, books, or instructional guides at the cost for which they were purchased.
