It would be nice to add services with CPT (or internal codes) and their corresponding fees that aren’t necessarily an appointment or need appointment times. For example when providing questionnaires e.g. CPT 96127 being the primary code for brief, standardized emotional or behavioral assessment tools, or CPT 99071 for educational materials such as pamphlets, brochures, books, or instructional guides at the cost for which they were purchased.

    @Larisa Neskovic It is now possible to invoice clients for things that did not take place in a session. If you open a new invoice in Payments, either at your practice level or within a client chart, you will see an option to “Create invoice without session.” Hope this helps, but please let us know if you were looking for something else.
