Session & Note option for Parent - Child Sessions

I’ve tried using the Couples note templates for parent-child sessions, but it usually identifies the adult as the client and I have to edit a lot. It also confuses speech from the mother with that of therapist (female voice). Adding this feature would be very useful for me!
