Show all past sessions in client profile sessions tab

Past sessions list in the sessions tab of client profiles

The past sessions section in the sessions tab of client profiles should show all past sessions, not just those that have a completed and signed note. It is misleading to call it past sessions if all past sessions are not showing up. To quickly see when a client's last session was while not fully caught up on notes, the only option is scrolling through the calendar, which is inefficient and bulky. SP was A LOT better in this regard.
