In the payment/billing tab, there should be an option for a “write off”- meaning if I charge 200 per session, and the client is being billed for 150, a section for a $50 write off that can be put into the client’s file.
Would love this. Also related, setting the sliding scale amount as a default for that client. Currently, it has to be changed every time an invoice is issued.
