Smart edit template pulling from more than transcript

For intake asmt notes, having smart edit pull not just from transcript, but also intake questionnaire, measures, and other progress notes. If we do this, the assessment can be created with little to no work. All information needed could be completed prior to intake session with intake session spent on building rapport, and not focused on getting information. Also, if the assessment progress note is created later, the provider can pull from previous progress notes giving a comprehensive picture over time.
