Spanish Platform and Billing Support for Spain

I would like to request a fully Spanish-language version of Upheal for mental health professionals who provide private psychological care in Spanish.

Ideally, the entire platform should be available in Spanish for both clinicians and clients, including the professional interface, client portal, instructions, forms, questionnaires, consent documents, communications, and billing features.

It would also be very helpful to make Upheal’s billing and payment management features available in Spain, as they are not currently supported in my region. Ideally, professionals should be able to manage payments and issue invoices in Spanish and euros, in accordance with Spanish invoicing requirements.

The platform could initially focus on private practice workflows, both for self-paying clients and clients with private health insurance, without needing to integrate with Spain’s public healthcare system. This may make implementation easier while making Upheal accessible to many professionals and clients in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries.

Having the entire experience available in Spanish—not only session transcription or clinical notes—would make onboarding and day-to-day use much easier, especially for clients who are not comfortable using a mental health platform in English.
