Staged Onboarding Workflow for Appointment Confirmation

Currently, all onboarding forms are grouped into a single workflow. I would like the ability to separate onboarding into multiple stages. Requested functionality: Require patients to complete and sign the Informed Consent form before an appointment is confirmed. Allow additional intake and onboarding forms to be completed after the appointment has already been confirmed. Enable administrators to designate specific forms as "required for appointment confirmation" and others as "post-confirmation forms." This would provide greater flexibility in the onboarding process, reduce scheduling barriers, and ensure critical documentation is completed before services begin.
