Static Telehealth link.
This is availbe in Zoom with a waiting room setup for security. It allows patients to record the "address" of their therapsit ONCE. It solves the issue of re-conecting dropped or low quality connections, and makes it so much simpler for my geriatric clients who are challeged by this technology. Unique address for evey client and session is secure, but it is a real hassle in many situations, and the same level of security can be had with a static link for all session. My Zoom waiting room is gorgeous, and no one has ever complained. And see when they enter, and send a quick note if I am running late. Simplifying techology is a win for all of us.

@Todd KaufmanGood news: Upheal does have a static telehealth link. You have one link that all your clients use — it's the same across every session, not a unique URL per session.
Here's how it works: Your clients can bookmark or save your static telehealth link once, and use it for every session without needing a new link each time. When they join via your link, they enter their own email and name before the call starts. You see them waiting in your telehealth room.
How to find and share your link:
Go to any client's profile → Start new session → Copy the link under "Upheal telehealth"
Or open the New session button → Start Upheal telehealth → Find your link at the bottom of the waiting room
You can paste it anywhere (email, messaging, your website) or email it directly to clients from the telehealth interface.
