Sunset-based and religious-calendar availability

Add availability that blocks out times based on local sunset and religious holiday calendars, rather than fixed weekly hours. Jewish, Muslim, Seventh-day Adventist, and other observant clinicians currently have to update their availability by hand every week. This would keep clients from booking times they can't take.
