Superbill in LMFT's name not AMFT - Full access for LMFT on Associates profile clients

I was trying to send a client a superbill, however my associate saw the client, so her name and license is listed on the superbill but it has to go with my name and license as the licensed marriage and family therapist. Need a drop down or ability to change rendering provider for sending out superbill and invoices.

The LMFT supervisor needs full access to edit anything on an AMFT’s profile, clients, notes, billing, etc… as we are responsible for their entire caseload.
