Treatment planning, discharge summaries, and couples features

The treatment planning and case conceptualization features are great but it would be nice to be able to update a treatment plan without having to delete and start a whole new plan. Also, treatment planning for couples…please!

Also, discharge summaries would be a great feature to add!

Finally, a more comprehensive and expanded features for couples work would be much appreciated. This could include the use of assessments that could be sent to the couples individually, the ability to enter individual notes for each client (this is helpful for individual intakes and periodic check-in’s when only 1 person is present but the work is still relevant to the couple).
