Treatment Update

I know that Upheal has a Treatment Plan note (with the golden thread which I've used and love) and I was wondering if Upheal has a Treatment Plan update note where say 5-10 sessions after I've developed the Treatment Plan note, I could click this Treatment Plan Update Note and it would create for me a note that takes into account the initial Tx plan and all the progress notes afterward and "integrate, summarize" all the notes together with the Treatment plan and provide an update? Does that make sense? One click tool that provides a Treatment plan update based on the progress notes since the last Tx Plan
