Upheal Assistant Issues / Discharge Note Templates

I have been trying to use the upheal assistant to complete discharge summaries (switching ft jobs) because there isn’t just a form/template that can be used as a discharge summary unless you add it to another session note.

That isn’t really the issue though. I have copied and pasted the same exact template of what I need into the upheal assistant and still have to correct it because I am not getting the right information even though it just did it with another client. Which is getting frustrating.
Can something be done about either of them or one of them??
