Upheal Consent Form

Feature Request

Could you include in available forms a document that explains what Upheal is, how providers are using it, and the privacy/confidentiality elements that are in place? The idea being to have an informed consent document that the client can evaluate and sign.

    Have you tried asking the assistant to generate an overview, and then uploading that as a doc, or a section in your informed consent? I have done the latter, where they would consent to the Upheal recorder. Hope this helps.
