Use Calendar without email

I would like to be able to use the calendar without adding emails to clients. I work for two different agencies that have their own EHR. I use upheal primarily for documentation support and clients receiving emails about appointments through upheal would add unnecessary confusion. It would be helpful for me to be able to add appointments to my schedule to be able to see both schedules in one location. With the additional features with the assistant being able to preview the day, this would be an added benefit.
