Viewing Sessions

I need to see sessions appear in the Sessions list based on calendar entries alone, regardless of whether a note or recording has been uploaded. Right now, session visibility seems tied to upload completion, which makes it easy to miss sessions for billing and documentation. A clearer, calendar-driven session list would make tracking much more reliable and reduce admin friction.
