Voice Recognition

I have a lot of couples clients for counseling. Upheal continuously misidentifies the participants, even when I have them speak their name at the beginning of the session. I find I have to read through the transcript and change stuff before generating the note, or I just give up and accept the script as is and then change the clinical note before copying and pasting it into our EHR system. This is getting pretty annoying and causing me to think about looking into another AI note capture system other than Upheal. My husband told me that Google meeting’s AI correctly captures each speaker’s identify when they state their name at the beginning of a meeting so why can’t Upheal get that right?
