We are a small facility with just 16 clients. We work as a team and we need to be able to see all clients without having to add them individual counselors. Currently when I enter them on intake, they must each be assigned. Why not just make it like a regular EMR if we log in we can all see the clients. This seems more geared for outpatient type setting with ind couselors and not really residential treamtent.

Good news: what you're describing (the whole team being able to see all clients without assigning each client to each counselor individually) is already possible in Upheal today.

We have a feature that, once turned on for your organization, lets everyone on your team view all clients without per-counselor assignment. It's not enabled by default, but our Support team can switch it on for your account. Just reach out to Upheal Support at support@upheal.io and mention you'd like this team-wide client visibility enabled, and they'll get it set up for you.

We're also continuing to work on more flexible role/permission options (e.g. supervisor-style access) for teams like yours, so this feedback is directly informing that roadmap work too.
