We're offering a managed migration service for practices switching to Upheal from other EHRs. You export your data, hand it to us, and we move your client records and clinical files into Upheal on your behalf.

This is for practices where the self-service SimplePractice migration doesn't apply, whether you're coming from TherapyNotes, Sessions Health, Jane App, or another platform. We handle the file organization and client setup so you don't lose a weekend to data entry or abandon the switch because the manual work feels too heavy.

    I still hold a Sessions Health EHR as I migrate clients over to Upheal. I plan to cancel Sessions within a couple of weeks.

    I might be more inclined to switch to using upheal as my EHR if it wouldn’t be such a nightmare switching from Simple Practice

      @Suzanne Kantak Have you had a chance to try our seamless, AI-powered migration from SimplePractice to Upheal yet? Depending on the size of your practice data, it won’t take more than a couple of hours on Upheal’s side.

    If we have our branding attached to the forms from the transferring EHR (Sessions Health) will it be replicated within Upheal?
