When a client is archived in a group practice, the provider needs to be able to restore the client - not just the practice manager. we need to keep our client lists trimmed down to active clients, but having to ask the practice manager to unarchive a client is an helpful step

    Hi @Tanya Thomas. We released a new Client list, and this functionality is now available to all roles.

    Archived clients

    Please be able to make archived clients accessible such that when, or if, they return to therapy then you are able to have all of their files in order. I’m unable to get their records once archived. This is an essential feature that has to be added, especially if you are wanting to look at the recording directly.
